Up to now, the China Garment Association has identified 56 pilot areas for apparel industry clusters. The main revenue of industrial clusters accounts for about 65% of the total industry, including one for industrial clusters with an annual output value of over 100 billion yuan.

Over the years, the development of apparel industry clusters has played an active role in promoting brand building, technological advancement, market distribution, and transformation of local cities.
